I was greeted promptly, despite being significantly early in trying to avoid being held up in traffic. Half of the interview was gauging culture fit, and the other half was gauging ability. While the questions were similar to what you might find in an interviewing guide, they were presented less as "solve for x" like most major development groups tend to, and instead in a more natural "here's a problem, how would you solve it?"
