Terrible interview process. Way too many rounds. They kept cancelling and rescheduling, so many times it made me want to pull out of the process. They had no respect for my time. I found the 7/8 round interview process way to much and a huge investment when you don’t get offered the job. The tasks for the interview were antiquated and not worth your time.

While applying, submit CV, motivation letter and portfolio. Then the selection process starts with the first round: recruiter screen, second round: hiring manager interview, third round: Portfolio review and app critique, fourth round: problem solving, final round: cultural interview

I was interviewed 5 times, with full reference checks and take home tasks, to then be rejected. They then asked if I’d contract in the role until a perm applicant was hired.
