Interview
The interview process was HR > Behavioral > Case > Behavioral again with more senior people. It's a lot of time invested - perhaps 12 hours of your time. I received very positive feedback after each step. But after not getting an offer after the final behavioral interviews, I asked for feedback. The feedback was based on my first interviews. I feel as if they wasted my time. Why would you put me through preparing a case interview and speaking with more senior people in the final interviews if you reject people after notes from the initial calls? I feel as if they wasted my time and energy.
