I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Health (Asheville, NC) in Jun 2016
Interview
Very thorough, very friendly, pretty fun. It was a give and take, and very professional. She described the job thoroughly, including the rough parts, rather than just trying to sell the job. I appreciated that. She invited a lot of questions from me, wanted to discuss strong points and weak points, and addressed weak points not as deal killers but strategized about how to address those.

Interview
I first did a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager, and then a week later did a group interview with other clinicians.
