Interview
Unfortunately, I had an interview experience that went quickly from good to bad. All of the actual interviewers I spoke with seemed pretty good, and I felt like they asked questions that made sense and wanted to help me succeed. The technical questions asked were all simulated situations of everyday work, not Leetcode gotchas, which I appreciated. After the panel interviews, my recruiter told me it would take a few days to gather all the feedback from my interviewers. It ultimately took nearly 4 weeks and several rescheduled meetings before I got the feedback that they were looking for someone with more experience for this particular role. This, along with the constant delays and rescheduling, left me with a really bad impression. I felt like I had done quite well during the process - I didn't really struggle to answer any questions, technical or behavioral- just to get denied on a technicality at the last minute. In my last call with my recruiter, I felt like even they were frustrated with how my experienced turned out.

I got a call from recruiter July 10 and was scheduled for a tech interview that Friday. I managed to complete the tech screen. The tech interviewer told me that I passed and liked my coding style.
A week goes by I never heard from them so I sent a follow up email. It’s been two weeks and I never gotten any response. I feel like I got ghosted
