I was called in to speak with the Department Head. They asked pretty standard questions. "How do you handle people getting rude with you?" "How do you manage being busy with tasks? What do you do first?" "What do you do if you don't know what to do next?" Then a few days later HR called me to offer me the position contingent on passing a background check and drug screening. That was it!
