The process was very pleasant and the phone interview lasted for approximately an hour. The interviewer was interested in a lively discussion about the job responsibilities and how the interviewee fit in. We spent time on discussing my previous experiences and how that would be useful for this position. We also discussed about the expectations in this position and future job prospects.
