First I had a phone interview which went pretty well. After, had a panel interview with management team. Got a job offer next week, negotiated, and received final offer a few days later. The process took a few weeks.

Interview
Received initial call from hiring manager. I thought the interview went well and had a great conversion. A few days later I receive an email from HR stating they aren’t moving forward with the process because my salary ask was too high. Strange that they didn’t even bother to ask me if I could meet their minimum budget.
