faced 2 rounds of interview, initially a online test related to behaviour and aptitude test which most of the companies use for IJP's to place internal employees to different roles. next was discussion round which went well as per Project Manager role, however to face client/hiring manager interview they have asked me to take test again over zoom video call and i was expecting scenario based test related to project or Management, and they ended up giving me aptitude and time and distance questions . i dd not cleared this time but could not understand how is my time and distance calculating ability impacts projects for the company. i recommend to reframe questions based on Hiring position and level of experience people come with. having 13 years of exp and company rejects you stating i cannot calculate Peter age based on speed of the train is ridiculous.
