Mitratech was upfront and very easy to talk to through the interview process. I enjoyed talking to all the members of the interview team. They were open about current challenges as well as what it takes to be successful in the role being interviewed for.

Easy interview process and very quick moving through the process. VP became highly aggressive and rude at the end of the process - stay far away. If aggression is shown at this stage, can't imagine what it would be like to work there full time.
