HR phone interview. asked about my background, willingness to relocate, salary requirement, career plan, etc. HR was easy going. The job was located in Pittsburgh. So we talked about life in that area as well. In the end, HR admitted that they are looking for someone with more direct experiences in the field, since it's a senior engineering position.
