1 hour phone interview with recruiter. This was the first round of interviews. I found out about this job at a career fair. I was contacted shortly after about a phone interview. After learning more about the company in the interview I decided it was not going to be the job for me and did not wish to be considered for a second round of interviews. The interview experience was positive and not that challenging. It basically went over what the job entailed, a few personality and skills questions, and then I was given the opportunity to ask some questions. The person interviewing me said up front that the interview was going to be pretty informal.
