Applied via indeed, promptly contacted by recruitment team and offered interview. Very welcoming and upbeat interview team, comprised of two women, though only one of whom I was expecting to meet. The interview itself was relaxed and quite casual, they explained what the role would entail before I could ask, myself which was nice. They did however ask if i was someone who might “take things personally” as I would be working closely with a male dominated team whom they referred to as “keyboard warriors” who can sometimes take their frustrations out on the people in the same role I was applying for. This is the only reason I have deemed this a negative experience, as this is a red flag that might be very relevant to certain applicants and might be a deciding factor before application.
