Entire process took two months. I got a call and 2 sets of interviews. Questions were standard to common complex situations. The managers were polite and seemed very knowledgeable. The setting was a panel of interviewers and well organized.

The intrview was alright, was asked to provide an English-Russian translation to prove my English skills. However, the selection process was overall incompetent, because the interviewers themselved couldn't demonstrate their own English speaking skills and yet, were testing mine.
