Interview
MobiTV requires a pretty rigorous interview process consisting of phone and in person interviews. As with any interview, it's important to do adequate prep work like reviewing the company website and any press. The office has a gorgeous lobby overlooking the Bay with actual office space made up of mainly cubicles and pretty quiet.

Interview
After finding the company in late September, the Corporate Recruiter emailed and called me about three days after to schedule an interview. I interviewed with the marketing specialist, the corporate recruiter on the first day, and then the Marketing Director a week later. It was fluid and fast: I applied and was hired in less than a month.
