No process at all. At first recruiter find me on linedin, then scheduled a time. I think about some introduction, a few words about company and my experience. Instead first question was about fibocacci numbers what I've learned 20 years ago at university and interviewer even didn't turn on a camera. I just wasn't prepeared for algorithms and told I can prepare and we continue. A week later recieved a letter from recruiter they supposedly found someone.
