Interview
I applied through a referral and received a response within a week to schedule an initial phone screening with HR.
The HR screening was a 30-minute call where the representative asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. The conversation was straightforward and pleasant.
Shortly after, I had a 1-hour technical interview with an engineer. During this interview, I was asked to solve several coding challenges on a shared screen. The questions primarily focused on data structures and algorithms. The engineer was supportive throughout the process, offering hints and encouragement when needed.
