I had a phone interview which went well but when I arrived it was all testing. First you had to write a sample report, then Linux exercises and then logic questions. There was minimal interpersonal interaction and the concepts that we were being asked to talk about were not explained in such a way that someone without any previous knowledge could pick up with ease.
