Initial 30 minute zoom interview, mostly about experience. In person interview with 3 technical questions. Did not hear back after the in person interview (at least after several months now), even after trying to follow up by email - this is the second time this has happened with this company and they clearly do not have a well defined recruitment process and don't even bother to update candidates.
