I applied through college/university. The first round was written which consists of 40 questions and it was every easy, 10 questions on quant & logical reasoning, 10 questions on basic, 10 questions on Java and 10 questions on verbal ability. There is negative marking also of -3 for every wrong answer. From our college 156 attempted the written test out of which only 14 were shortlisted for the interviews and we were interviewed at Model N hyderabad office. The first round was Technical round in which they tested mainly programming skills in datastructures. The second round was case study, they are given four topics out of which we have to choose one and explain it to the interviewer. In this round they are basically testing our communication skill and logical ability. Third round was director round and this was also programming round for me, they asked me to explain some of the algorithms for different scenarios. In this they are basically testing our approach to the problem and confidence level. Final round was HR, In this they asked some basic questions like tell me about yourself, Why model N? etc. The culture in the company was excellent and interviewers were very friendly.
