Interview experience far surpassed any others in recent years, by far the best TA leader I've spoken with. Our first interview was a bit rushed and she had more she wanted to share and learn more about me, so she planned a second one-hour call. Unbelievable effort to be thorough, objective and kind at the same time. Followed up in writing, with voice mail and ultimately a phone call to explain position status and my candidacy. At a time when many TA teams choose not to communicate with candidates, this experience was rewarding. Diane went out of her way to be complementary and while there is no pending offer, I have a positive opinion of her and the company based on how I was treated.
