Applied online and heard back two days later that they wanted to set up a phone interview. Had an initial 30 minute phone interview with a very friendly HR recruiter, and then another 30 minute interview with two department managers who were also very friendly. A couple days later was sent an email requesting for an onsite interview. Met with the two managers I previously spoke with on the phone as well as 5 support services reps. They were all really nice and friendly. However, the last person I met was another HR representative, different from my initial phone interview, who pretty much indirectly made comments that I wasn't right for the job and even rushed the interview.
