I had a video screening setup with one of the recruiters through Microsoft Team. I joined before the meeting started, but the recruiter didn't show up for the meeting. After 4 mins, I sent a text and email to him that I'm waiting for the meeting. He told me that I was late so moving forward with other candidates. This was totally unfair I was already in the meeting and the interviewer didn't show up.
