Molina Healthcare Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

It was a remote position. The first "interview"was a phone conversation verifying the questions I answered in an email. The second interview was done via Microsoft teams. Very easy questioning

Easy process, standard interview process, questions and interaction. Interviewer was courteous, timely and the interview felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. She was also interested in my experience and how I could apply that to the role I applied to.
