Was called on a Monday to set up an interview for that Friday. Went in, and the interviewer explained what the position entailed, how my experience fit in with that, and a little bit about the structure of the IT side of the company. I asked a little bit about how the programming jobs are divided in the company, and was informed that, for the most part, programming takes place in another office in North Carolina, and that the only programming that this office (Augusta, Maine) does is with SQL.
