I applied a month before they called me in for an interview. If was another month before I was offered a job. I was hired and came to work and sat alone in a cubicle for 2 weeks and fianally took it upon myself to ask another staff member to teach me the processes. If I had not stepped up I would still be sitting there waiting on a trainer to show me the job functions. General company orientation occured at the 6 week mark.
