I applied online, got an email with 5 pre screening questions about 2 weeks after I applied. Next day I got an email back for an in person interview and got an offer the next day after my interview. The lady that interviewed me was a sweetheart and very professional.
Interview was super easy. Good to know about medicaid and Marketplace. Management sucks, if you're interested in working for the company just keep in mind that this company changes process every year and Management seems to not know that they doing

Will interview with either the manager or a supervisor. They will ask if you have any health care experience and if you are good at using a computer. As long as you say yes to both and say that you are willing to help members and change life then they will hire you.
