She hired me in the spot. Mostly after she bragged about how much her franchise makes which was completely fabricated. She told me she would offer me almost double what she actually ended up paying me. She also told me that she would like to retire and would like someone to become her partner in the long run. Turns out she offers this to everyone with no intention of actually doing it.
