Really felt that they knew profiles what they were looking for and driven by individuals and shows so do your research. Want very academic, well-connected, representative of various voices and scholarship heavy.

Mostly about art interests and experiences trying to get a sense of what you bring but honestly it's very specific to each departments and had unique needs in that moment it seems so it's a bit of luck on whether one's field of study/expertise relates.
Three staff members were present during the interview. They were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the process. They were also attentive and receptive to my answers.
