Multiple interviews, the first being a group interview. Everyone interviewing the candidates was personable, but some of the questions were difficult. Be prepared with customer service knowledge and have some anecdotes ready.

Was emailed back after 2 months of applying. Long interview process, about 3 in total all within a month. Very straightforward questions. First interview was in a group then by myself after. Don’t be shy, just yourself with nice outgoing personality.
