I had a disappointing experience with the hiring process at Momentive Software. I cleared two technical rounds, each lasting about an hour, but in the third round with the US panel, the interviewer asked a few unexpected questions and wrapped up the discussion in just 15 minutes. It felt rushed and unprofessional, leaving me with the impression that my time and effort were wasted. Overall, it was a very discouraging experience.. . Completely waste of time.

3 rounds of interview and depending on product the third round maybe take by American developers. First round will be techno managerial and second and third will be fully technical.

The interview process consisted of two technical rounds, one managerial round (discussion with the VP), and a final HR round. Overall, the interview process was very smooth, and feedback was given promptly.
