Interview
The initial phone interview was great. They went over the basics of the position and setup a zoom interview with Keith the hiring manager in Las Vegas. And was told to wear a suit and tie. No problem!
Well, that was the most unprofessional interview I have ever been a part of. Keith showed up late (OK fine no big deal things happen). But he conducted the interview completely while driving and barely paying attention. He started the interview by explaining all the reasons why I might not want the position and when I confirmed my interest he said then he guesses he will ask me a couple questions and then asked if I had any questions. At that point I just said I was not interested because there was no way I would work for someone who can't even give their potential employees the time of day. And once my home is built I will not be going with momentum solar for my solar panels.
