Alicia was great and quick!! I had originally shown interest in a Technical Recruiter role and had applied at night. By the time I had checked my email the next day, I had already heard back. Within a couple of days I had a screening phone interview and then a meeting set up for the next day with the hiring manager. She was great in making sure that I was prepared and making me feel that she was going to bat for me and this opportunity. They even placed me in a different role that they though I might be more suited for. It was the easiest experience I have ever had finding a new role. Not only was it a great fit, but between when I had my first phone call and an offer only took 10 days! So fast! Three thumbs up!

I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
