Interview
A recruiter gave me a call and after a brief discussion of my background and interests he scheduled for me to come in for an interview the next week. I first interviewed with the recruiter, who was a really nice guy. He gave me feedback and tips as to how to handle the next two interviewers. I then interviewed with a sales manager who was very straightforward about the job, gave me the scoop on the positive and negative aspects of the job. I absolutely crushed that portion of the interview when she asked me to sell her something and handled her objections well. The final interviewer was a regional manager and she was definitely the tough portion of the interview. She gave me excellent feedback and tips on how to improve my interviewing, however, judging by her feedback I had a feeling that I did not really impress her.
The interview was very short and I was not a good fit for the position. From what I can tell some very nice people work here. I didn't get far enough to have an opinion.
I saw an ad online that they were looking to hire so I sent in my resume and heard back within a couple of days. I answered a few basic questions about my experience, background, etc., which must have gone well because I was asked to come in and meet with members of the team. I got a chance to shadow a salesperson and liked what the job entailed and the culture of the company. I met the next week with a hiring manager discussed salary, benefits, etc. and started working a few days later.

Interview
internal reaches out to you and tells you about the role and goes through a checklist of behavioral questions. I could tell by the way she asked me questions and her level of urgency that she only cared about getting her commissions paid out. biggest red flag I had throughout the interview was her expecting me to accept the job right after the interview. her response was "our process moves extremely fast so I would need to know if you accept as soon as youre done with the in person interview". I have been on the other end of that as a recruiter and I know that the recruiter is only in it for themselves if they need an answer minutes after the interview. Overall I did not get a good feeling about the company or the interview process and when I read up on the reviews via glassdoor i can tell that the turnover rate is high and they are preying on entry level candidates to just use and toss.
