I made it through the first two rounds of interviews. Below is the process I went through:
Online Application, Behavioral Interview with an HR employee who asked me questions about my resume, Technical Interview by one of their engineers where I had to screen share my code.

How can you find the middle element in a linked list
Write a program to calculate the first n prime numbers
resume/application review, technical phone screen, coding challenge, technical interviews, and behavioral interviews. They use an external platform for the onsite online interview.
Interviews are designed to evaluate the candidate's problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and ability to communicate their thought process.

Interview
First a call with a recruiter following the resume screening, then a Karat interview. I would say pretty standard overall. The next round would have been a final round with Mongo engineers.
the interview process was positive and everyone was super friendly. Originally, the recruiter reached out after a career fair where mongodb was stationed. recruiter did a phone interview, passed it onto leadership then some technical phone screens. did not get an offer.
