Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter so I set up a phone interview. She asked me a lot of questions about MongoDB's software and whether I had ever used it before. She also asked me about SQL. She asked me what kind of projects I am interested in working on. I wasn't really interested in MongoDB so the interview process ended.

1. Applied online as well as got an intern referral
2. 25 minute phone call interview with recruiter was very pleasant. Call was to gauge interest in the work MongoDB does.
Did not make it to final round. Communication was very clear and had a fast turnaround.

Interview
Really good and well structured interview process. The recruiters replied within a day max if not sooner, the interviewers were all invested and did not come across as cocky. Other companies should really look at MongoDB's interview process to know what a good end to end process/pipeline looks like.

1 Technical phone screen over a code share site like coder pad
Onsite:
Lunch with the new grads
2 Technical Interviews - Algos/DS + Problem Solving
1 Technical non coding interview - going over past problems, work experience, system design
