One thing you will soon find out is that MongoDB and its recruiters are extremely unprofessional. Zero communication and zero feedback. In the end, we are all in this industry to be successful and to help others be successful. We are all big boys and girls and can handle any negative feedback. I am obviously guessing since there was excitement in their voices when I spoke to them, but then they go dark. Weird and very unprofessional organization.

Interview
Went through 6 differen't interviews and then spent 30 hours on the challenge, only to not get the offer on a technicality. In my opinion the process isn't best structured to get the right people.
