I was amazed by the support that MongoDB provided me. From the recruiter first screen call to the live feedback from the hiring manager, everything was impeccable. It impressed me It made the interview process seamless and my decision to accept the role an easy one to make.

They reached out to me via LinkedIn. It was pretty swift, but I received a rejection email after the second interview with no specific reasons. Reached out but received no responses at all. Might be good not to join lol. Rejection isn't the issue, but completely ghosting candidates really isn't appreciated.

HR is nice,Even though I spoke haltingly, she encouraged me to continue. She asked questions like my motivation for applying, my impression of the company, the location of the job, salary expectations, and whether those expectations were aligned.
