An internal recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. We set up a phone interview. At the end of the interview, the recruiter asked for my resume and writing samples. I sent my resume and writing samples. Two days later, the recruiter sent me an email explaining that they would not be continuing the process with me. It was nice to receive a prompt, friendly email, rather than being ghosted, as so many companies do these days.

I had a call with a recruiter, followed by video chats with my manager and several potential team members and colleagues. A couple of interviews included code evaluations and real-time writing challenges. I appreciated the care with which my recruiter guided me through the interview process.
