Interview
- Connected to recruiter and had first phone interview with company recruiter. - Second interview with Hiring Manager, who was 10+ minutes late. Mostly get-to-know-you conversation and questions about relevant background. Seemed to go well enough overall. - A self-scheduled 1-hour Profile Sales Assessment. - Was then informed that the first hiring manager filled his position, and had an interview set up with another hiring manager. - For 2nd HM interview, waited about 5-10 minutes alone on the Zoom call, and then I reached out to the recruiter to find out that the HM had something come up and needed to reschedule. - I did successfully reschedule (with several unanswered emails from the recruiter in the meantime), and when I went into the interview, the Zoom link didn't work. I attempted to reach out to the recruiter via email and Hiring Manager via LinkedIn to let them know. I got no response, and later in the day received an email that I wasn't selected for the position. Inconsistent responsiveness from the recruiting team, lack of respect from the hiring managers for a candidate's time, and no communication/cop out for a decision to not proceed further.
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Went through 6 differen't interviews and then spent 30 hours on the challenge, only to not get the offer on a technicality. In my opinion the process isn't best structured to get the right people.
