Strange interview process - no one knew who the role would report to, what region it would oversee or when it would be available. Many of the interviewers appeared unprepared and did more of a "vibe check" vs actually digging into past experience.

Hiring manager from India only likes Yes man. Fortunately I caught it early and decided to stop wasting my time with a potential toxic boss.
Interview process was reasonably quick but I stopped it after the 1st round so cannot comment on more.

Very good approach and messaging. Treat you with individuality and respect. Showing their personal interest with that approach. You normally don't get crafted emails like that. so recruiting is done right and shows you how they possibly treat people. It was just not the right time for me
