Interview
It's long but very thorough. Lots of different meetings with different teams, which is good because you can meet other people. Once you get passed that there is an in-person presentation. And then a coffee chat.

Run through a deal cycle pretending to be MongoDB AE and pitch it
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Went through 6 differen't interviews and then spent 30 hours on the challenge, only to not get the offer on a technicality. In my opinion the process isn't best structured to get the right people.
