It had 2 stage process one face to face and one HR.It went through as Standard and was awaiting confirmation though the agency goofed up in terms of salary expectation but was sorted later. Also my intial days where OK but after couple of months there were few issues at higher level management including chnage of focus, business strategy, implementation, overheads etc.
