The changes were communicated solely through automated emails notifying me of the updated meeting times. While I understand that scheduling conflicts can arise, multiple last-minute changes, especially without a proactive explanation or apology, reflect a lack of communication, organization, and accountability. This experience has left me questioning the company's approach to valuing candidates' time and the overall professionalism of its hiring process.
