Phone interview 1 hour followed by site interview (if you get a call back) two 1hour sessions with dept heads and team. The interview was pleasant however I get the feel that they do not hire many outsiders all of the interviewers have been working at MF for 10+, 20+, 30+ years and they seem to hire from within.
