One Director called me to schedule the interview. Three Directors interviewed me at once. They were very friendly and wanted to set me up for success in the interview. They were emphasized the importance of the fast pace of the hospital.

What type of social services have you referred people to, what did discharge planning look like in your previous role, tell me about yourself.
HR requires you to complete 3 reference checks up front, 5 references if they cannot contact your current supervisor, just to even get to sit for an HR screening call. After I completed my 5 references the HR rep told me my salary requirement was too high and wouldn't let me negotiate and discontinued my application. Completely wasted my time and unprofessional as I had to provide references upfront. ***The salary range is 50-60K and you should know this upfront before you start the process!***
