It is super hard to get a job with montefiore and they know it. It is even joked about during orientation. You have to interview with HR, then the manager, do two exams, drug test, background check, Physical etc. they schedule all these things on different dates and different montefiore locations all over the Bronx. very confusing process.

Have you been late to previous job and what did you do about it.
What would your previous managers say about you?
It was a little lengthy, but overall pretty straightforward. Two interviews on the unit (one with the nurse manager and the other with charge nurses) and one with HR. Had to complete a fundamentals test and a med-math test as well.
