Informative interview with HR, took a bit of time to get a call back but nice you get interviewed the onboarding process is pretty quick and efficient. Once internal, you’re able to move up the ladder and into other positions quite easily.

Very Good interview process. The first step was online with behavioral interview questions and if you pass the online assessment then you will be called for an in-person interview. There are about 5 questions that you will be asked online, so be sure to prepare beforehand. Research the hospital and be ready to answer behavioral based interview questions.
