Probably one of the most laborious processes that I've been through. Had a phone screen with HR then underwent a video interview. After that I was then scheduled to come in for an in person interview with 2 associate directors and 2 peers. Upon confirming those interviews, I received an application and an invitation to complete an 80 minute Healthcare Competency Review (basically an IQ test). Finally interviewed, no one had any idea at the time of the organization structure (so I had no idea if I was even interviewing with the hiring manager). I was subsequently called back for a 2nd interview, this time VP, Assoc VP and more Directors. This process took approximately 8 weeks. Really felt like the applicant's time was not respected and does make me question what it would be like to actually work in this environment. At no point did anyone who I met tell me how this was a great place to work, only that they are growing, very busy and that it would be challenging work.
