Everyone involved in the process was understanding, respectful, and pleasant to work with. The person interviewing me was the engineer I would be personally working with at the internship. Looking back, I didn't get the job simply because I was not ready. I was not confident enough and had more to learn.

Interview
Got an interview based on my conversation with an employee at a career fair. Interview was conducted the next day and were mainly technical questions. Most questions were based on graphs and hydraulic systems diagrams, the right hand rule for current flowing through a wire was also included. Also ask some sparse behavioral group interaction questions.
